Chickpeas are a pulse that is high in protein, fibres and vitamin B6. We get our chickpea flour from organic farms in Italy. Chickpeas are mostly known as the main ingredient in hummus but now also as the main ingredient in our O’NEST chickpea chips curry.

Lentils are also a pulse and are high in protein, fibres and iron. We get our lentil flour from organic farms in France and Italy. We use the red lentils in our O’NEST Lentil chips rosemary.
